We help NDIS participants and their families understand their plan, find the right providers
and make their funding work for their goals. We are a small, founder-led team,
so you work with the same coordinator from start to finish.
We also build your own skills along the way. Using clear, step-by-step goals, we help you
understand your plan, contact providers and make decisions with confidence, so you rely less on
others over time. We work closely with families, support workers and allied health professionals
to keep everyone working towards the same goals.

agreements, and sort out problems when things change. We also help you prepare for your plan reassessment and build
your own skills to manage your supports.

send us a referral or give us a call and we'll check with you.
No. Support coordination is paid from the Support Coordination budget in your NDIS plan, and we charge within
the NDIS price limits, so there is no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Yes. We work with participants whose plans are agency-managed (NDIA), plan-managed or self-managed.
Yes. You can change support coordinators at any time by giving notice to your current provider. Send us a
referral and we'll help make the handover as smooth as possible.
